EDITED 7/31/13:
Hi, some gigs to tell you about:

August 2 — BILL JANOVITZ NEW YORK TOUR — I will be playing with another superb backing band, this time made up of New York ringers, Neil Nunziato, Billy Ryan, and Matt Lindsey at Spike Hill in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with more or less the same kind of show I will be playing in Cambridge July 18. http://www.spikehillmusic.com/

August 3 — I am playing at the Rockwood Music Hall, solo acoustic.

August 4 — I will be a featured participant in a Planet One Stones fest, singing some Stones songs and maybe kicking off the night with a reading from my book — at LIC Bar in Long Island City.

Past shows

June 28 Lizard Lounge — I play a few songs solo and then sit in for a few songs with Session Americana as part of Twangfestat the Lizard Lounge. Chris Toppin will join me and Kevin Gordon (who I am told is excellent) from Nashville is also playing.

Chris and I will play in duo format, and I will be singing a song with Tanya.

July 18 — Lizard Lounge: With a superb backing band of Ed Valauskas, Billy Beard, Mike Gent, and Phil Aiken, I support my new Walt Whitman Mall record, play some older songs, and maybe even read a little from my forthcoming book, Rocks Off: 50 Tracks That Tell the Story of the Rolling Stones, come in out July 23. Mike Gent will open this show playing a solo set as well.

July 20 — Buffalo Tom joins the Lemonheads and Mighty Mighty Bosstones as part of the Out of the Box Festival on Boston Common. We are on around 5:00. Bring the kiddies, bring the wife, guaranteed to have the time of your life.
